The winners of the AA Hospitality Awards were announced this week, and North Wales restaurants were showered with Rosettes.

The awards ceremony is attended by world-renowned chefs, and celebrates the success of those in the industry.

As well as Michelin starred Sosban & The Old Butchers receiving four Rosettes, newcomer The Jackdaw, Conwy was awarded with three Rosettes (pictured). Owner and Head Chef Nick Rudge thanked his team on social media:

We are thrilled to be featured in the 2023 AA Restaurant Guide, along with only one other establishment in Conwy county to be awarded 3 Rosettes. A huge thank you to our team for the dedication and hard work put in everyday.
