Harri and Meg, the chefs behind Happy Fig Foods have brought their passion for local produce to Porth Penrhyn with the Snac Hapus food truck, championing incredible ingredients from producers across North Wales. Expect seafood from Menai Seafood Company, coffee from Heartland Coffee, produce from Tyddyn Teg and Henbant Farm, and plenty more local favourites.

We stopped by for one of their Fish Friday evenings and tucked into creamy garlic Menai mussels with local sourdough from Andy's Bread Round, crispy mozzarella arancini, and fresh Menai Oysters. Every dish celebrated the fantastic produce on our doorstep.

They're also open during the day on weekends, with weekly specials that make every visit a little different. Give them a follow to keep up with opening times and the latest menu. It's such a brilliant addition to this corner of Bangor!
