Zapatismo food truck
Rhosneigr is home to one of the best surfing beaches in the UK, and hosts some fantastic eateries.
The unassuming village is generously filled with restaurants, cafes, and food trucks, and manages to do so without feeling overcrowded.
Here are some of my favourite places to eat in Rhosneigr, as well as highly rated recommendations by you lot.

Zapatismo
If you only have time for one meal in Rhosneigr, I would vote for The Zapatismo taco food truck.
Rory and mum Linda are currently set up outside The House of Ugly Fish (correct: August 2022), and have a fantasticly unique selection of tacos and quesidallas.
Mojos
Recently under new management (2022). Serving a fine selection of lunches and dinners alongside their well‑established pancake stacks and crepes.
Sandy Mount
This stylish beach house restaurant serves lunch, dinner and a fine selection of drinks.
Surf Cafe
Situated at the beach entrance is this wholesome and relaxed cafe. A familiar and family friendly menu using all locally sourced ingredients.
Mezze 40
Mezze 40 opened in 2022, and is a roaring success with locals and visitors! It’s the first small plates restaurant to come to Rhosneigr.
