@dylansrestaurants have just launched a brand new lunch & brunch menu, giving you even more reason to make the most of those slow mornings by the coast.

As always, some of the best of North Wales produce is woven into the menu. From their own bread, pastries and crumpets, to @edwardsofconwy meat featuring throughout, it's a real celebration of local ingredients and Welsh suppliers.

There are plenty of new additions to try, but two standouts for us were the Korean chicken waffles – the perfect balance of sweet, spicy and crispy – and the return of the Breakfast Stack.

Don't skip the drinks either. The addition of Tom's @swigsmoothies is great to see, alongside indulgent iced drinks.

Pair it all with some of the best views in North Wales and you've got a pretty perfect way to start the day!
