Burrito Blasus restaurant has opened on Blaeunau Ffestiniog Highstreet in gwynedd, and offers ‘great tasting Mexican’ traditional dishes.

Burrito Blasus is run by Jean-Paul Rochebouet and Alexandra Magson and opened at the beginning of the year. They have been embraced by the community, and I’m predicting they will be a success this summer.

Examples from their menu include the Barbacoa beef burrito (slow cooked Welsh beef in Ancho chilli's and spices), black bean and corn vegan burrito, and traditional Churros served with a chilli hit, on request!

Their social media is brimming (excuse the pun) with pictures of diners wearing Sombreros, and according to reviews has great customer service.

Burrito Blassus are dog friendly, and are currently open Fridays and Saturdays 5-9, and Thursdays during the holidays. Follow their Facebook page for updates. I cannot wait to visit soon!
